Selling the estate of the late Dr. Robert Key

Dr. Key had many talents and multiple interests.  His 1900 Antebellum home is packed with early southern antique furniture, art, rugs, china, glassware, primitive pieces, high-end sewing machines and so much more.  We will also be selling the contents of his tool shop and five other buildings located on the property.  Auction will offer a wide variety of items!  This is one auction that you truly do not want to miss!  We will require two auctioneers selling simultaneously in order to get everything sold.  Feel free to bring your truck and trailer!

Directions:From the Orangeburg Intersection of Columbia Road (US-21) and Chestnut Street, travel North on Columbia Road approx. 5.5mi.  Auction will be on your right just follow the signs.

Terms:  Cash, credit/debit cards, or checks accompanied with photo I.D. accepted.  10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.  Auction items sell “As Is,” “Where Is,” with no warranty “Expressed” or “Implied.”  Settlement of purchases paid in full on auction day.  ALL SALES FINAL!

Inspection:  Friday January 31^st from 10am until 6pm and Saturday from 8am until auction begins.
