Selling the estate of the late Mr. Richard Freeman

Mr. Freeman was a well-known businessman who specialized in real estate and rental property.  We will be selling the contents of Mr. Freeman’s home, office, and workshop.  Consignments are being accepted for this auction so please call Cogburn Auction to consign your items.  Pictures will continue to be added to our website and Facebook page daily until the day of the auction.

Directions:  From Denmark Intersection of Hwy 78/321, turn North onto Hwy 321 and travel approx. 1 mile to auction.  Please watch for signs.

Terms:  Cash, credit/debit cards, or checks accompanied with photo I.D. accepted.  10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.  Auction items sell “As Is,” “Where Is,” with no warranty “Expressed” or “Implied.”  Settlement of purchases paid in full on auction day.  ALL SALES FINAL!!

Inspection:  Friday March 14^th from 9am-6pm and also 7:30am until auction begins.
